"Space Jungle Slums" album by Objekt4 (Anders Peterson) is starting and ending like without having the start and the end. We are immediately throw onto experimental lake - lake, because the album lasts just 36(!) minutes. There was a chance that this CD will be good , but it seems that it's completely rough designed. While the sounds of this album - cosmic, industrial, dark - could characterize something interesting, its very, very experimental composition cause continually that the main virtue of ambient as the music - I mean depths - vanish after several dozen seconds after randomly chosen moment of listening to the CD. And we drown in that lake... The album contain eight tracks but its sounds are mixing, I mean - when we hear a specific sound on a track then there is a big chance that we hear that sound on other track. So thanks to this, the whole album is more like a one big composition in my opinion, what isn't bad - it's only statement of the fact. But the music here sometimes stop and after one secund return in a lttle modification and this completely lead out from a mental balance... The experiment finished with a total fiasco in my opinion.
